About Winter Spiti Bike Trip
The Winter Spiti is one of the best adventure trips anyone can do during the winters in the Himalayas to experience snow. Winter Spiti is all about a cold desert mountain valley high in the Himalayas Mountains in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh’s north-eastern corner.
Day 1: Delhi to Shimla
Our Winter Spiti Bike Trip will start from Delhi Volvo Bus Stand at Majnu Ka Tilla by evening.
Brief Overview of The Day
- Shimla is almost 350 km away from Delhi and it will take 9 to 10 hours.
- Volvo will be in charge of your comfort concerns during the overnight journey.

Day 2: Arrive Shimla
Reach Shimla by Morning.
Brief Overview of The Day
- Check in to the Hotel.
- We will proceed for a half day excursion to Kufri (2500mts).
- Also, visit Indira Bungalow & the Himalayan Zoo (closed on Monday).
- By Afternoon: Will be dropped at the Shimla Mall road to explored by themselves.
- Overnight at Shimla.
Day 3: Shimla to Kalpa
Wake up early by the morning & start your journey to Magical Winter Spiti trip.
Brief Overview of The Day
- Drive through Kufri, Narkanda along the Indi-Tibetan Highway en route to Kalpa.
- Kalpa is situated at an elevation of 2960m on the banks of the Satluj River.
- Reach Kalpa by Evening.

Day 4: Kalpa to Tabo
By Morning after Breakfast, we will start our journey to Tabo.
Brief Overview of The Day
- The destination is around 170 Km from Kalpa and would take almost 7 hours.
- En route, we will cross through Sumdo Border and Ka loops.
- Tabo is famous for its ancient monastery; this monastery is awarded with World Heritage site by UNESCO in this Winter Spiti trip.
- Visit the Oldest Monastery in Spiti Valley which is Tabo Monastery.
- Overnight stay at Tabo.
Day 5: Tabo to Kaza
Today, we will drive to Kaza, which is around 70 km away from Tabo.

- We will reach to Kaza by the afternoon.
- The old town is located on the outer edge of the city and the major attraction here is an ancient monastery in this Winter Spiti trip.
- Visit Hikkim, the location of the World’s Highest Post Office.
- Komic, the Highest village connected by a motorable road in Winter Spiti.
- Also, Visit Langza very famous for the Buddha Statue.
- Overnight at Kaza.
Day 6: Kaza to Kalpa
Today we will move back to Kalpa.
Brief Overview of The Day
- Enroute visit Dhankar Monastery which is situated at a height of 3894m.
- Dhankar is the confluence of the Spiti River & Pin River.
- Reach Kalpa by evening.
- Overnight at Kalpa.
Day 7: Kalpa to Shimla to Delhi
By the morning after having breakfast, we will depart for Shimla.
Reach Shimla by Evening.
- Board Volvo Bus for Delhi.
Day 8: Reach Delhi
The overnight journey will be in a Bus.

How to Reach Winter Spiti
By Air :
The nearest airport to the Spiti region is the Kullu Airport at Bhuntar, Kullu. This airport is well-connected to the important cities in the country. One can rent a cab or taxi to reach the destination.
By Train :
The nearest railway stations to Spiti valley are Joginder Nagar railway station and Shimla railway station. To reach the valley, you can rent a taxi from the railway station or can also board a bus going to Spiti.
By Bus:
There are numerous Volvo buses that travel from Delhi to Manali or Shimla. It takes an overnight flight from Delhi to Manali or Shimla. It’ll take between 10 and 12 hours. If you are travelling from Delhi, we recommend that you select a nice volvo bus option so that you may travel comfortably.

- -Before 30 days: 90% of the total Land Package Cost is refundable.
- -Between 21−30 days: 75% of total Land Package Cost is refundable.
- -Between 11−20 days: 50% of total Land Package Cost is refundable.
- -Less than 10 days: No refund
- Refund will be processed within 10 working days after the cancellation date.
- Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
- No Refund will be payable:
- -For any missed/unused services of the tour including the meals due to whatsoever reason.
- -If services of the tour are modified, varied, amended, cancelled or not utilized.
- -If any client decides and/or is required to cancel the tour due to any changes made in Itinerary or trip.
- -If the client is not satisfied with any service of the operator.
